Compare to other artifacts WH's artifact is quiet weak. It should need a rework.
My opinion is that 'Thwarting Strike' is a good choice since hammer skills also have grit. I assume this would be used mostly as an offhand rather than the main DPS.

This artifact drops from Chardis in the mutated version of The Lazarus Instrumentality.
To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Mjölnir.
Besides lifetaker, this is probably a good offhand for lightning damage musket, since musket does more elemental damage anyways., if not the most of all weapons

Mighty Gavel? that sucks, give us the new perk in Sundering Shockwave or at least any other CC hammer ability perk artifact... Gavel is just a clunky pure damage ability that has no utility whatsoevber, it is also probably the least used out of the 6 hammer abilities that just a low % of the already low hammer player base will benefit from this array of perks. Tank/crowd control builds are not possible with this artifact, The hammer will just enter the contest of an already crowded dps roster with all the other weapons and probably lose in that area as well so ags effectively killed the hammer and removed one of the few/-if not only- pure tank secondary weapon, the hammer will excel at nothing now if you want to use the artifact, hammer is effectively just relegated to a tier b/c dps weapon now behind all the other amazing dps artifacts, with niche weaken perk that spear and other options already cover.
Sleeper OP for PvP. Almost no one runs strike resistance or lightning resistance other than some generic gems. Combine it with Azoth Conductors and Void Darkplate and you are both tanky as 🤬 and a oneshot machine. The only problem is gapclosing, but that is easily solved with the Inferno artifact or any Greataxe.
EDIT: I just realized you can't be using more than 1 artifact in 1 slot type. There goes my dream build, but even in its current version it's amazing for PvP.
