Lazarus Instrumentality monsters or chests (Don't know which one) drop at least a helmet with Pylon burst. Mine had strength on it, so I'm trying to find out if other items have it too and if they can roll intelligence. Haven't seen it on TP for 2 months on any other piece except Ice Gauntlet and even that is very, very rarely. I think I might have seen one before that when I just started playing and didn't know how cool Pylon skill really is. Very hard to obtain Perk: Pylon Burst, but it just might be worth it.
