@SubzeroWood no need to level up, the chance is per craft. Should work fine with crafting multiple at once as well. As of right now, it applies to absolutely every single cooking recipe in the game.

can you get it by just crafting food, or do you have to gain a level to get it? I crafted 5k of the base food and got none of the 4 soup of the day music sheets?

you get these by leveling cooking aptitude. Got one Page in 230 Cooking Levels on the PTR

I have confirmed got all 4 of the music sheets. I did this by making 93 light rations 1 at a time. Make sure you make them 1 at a time for it to work. When I made 10k light rations in a big bulk stack, I got 0 music sheets. I got all 4 sheets within 93 light rations by doing them 1 at a time, make sure you do it 1 at a time.
