Yes its in the game, i own it. Like Amazing User says, the mob who drops it is currently bugged and doesnt spawn properly

It definitely exists. The issue is that the mob (Disciple of Disorder) is bugged and despawns, potentially due to the nearby corruption breach being too close. Best bet is to be at the spawn location before a server restart and log back in the second it goes back up.
