I'm honestly in love with this one. it looks cool and very nice as a healer. can weaken 98% of the time if you drop heals near you and your teammates.
If something, the weaken duration and cooldown could be increased by 2-3 seconds.

Gems won't work in artifacts until you unlock the socket via quest. It should then appear in the item perk list. You still can slot the gems before doing so, but they won't work.
For this specific flail, the gemslot-unlocking quest is: Kill 50 Lost at Citadel.

Taunts are not working with taunt gems but it does work if you use the stopwatch amulet.

This Artifact can be received from completing a daylie trial. Check your activities for your Soul Trials.
To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Power Stone.

does the special artifact perk work on both weapons!? like most artifacts do.. that would be quite strong as well

Honestly I wish they would swap out enchanted(+5%dps) for an Attunement(+15%dps) bc it affects abilities and autos not just auto attacks.
An Arcane/Void attunement would be appropriate but if they are basing the name "Power Stone" from marvel comics or MCU then the actual power gem is purple in Marvel so Void/Abyssal Attunement would actually be most appropriate ✅️
No Doubt this would make a lot of flail users happy!
