Location of the mob is exact as pinpointed on the map, it is not elite mob. He respawns every 6 mins or so. Easy to kill and can be solo farmed.

Any update on where this mob is?
Edit: I was at the location where MissAthena explained, but I only saw three roaming constructs (scarabs) walking along the road like a random encounter. I killed them but no boss spawned.

This boss should not be confused with Heka of the Crossroads. It isn't ingame actually.
You can farm Mutated Depths for Blessing of the Forefathers

Herihor is NOT located where MissAthena claims Herihor is. The cat is true, Heka of the crossroads. Have been on that spot for 2 cycles of day and night, no Heridor seen!

This boss is located in Brimstone Sands. Go to the most north fast travel location in Brimstone Sands named Cradle's Rest. From there go about 300 Meters South east, following the road down right. In the pools of acid., there is a Glyph located there. This is where Heri is located and spawns along with a large black cat.

ATM you can grind the depth mutation for amulet Blessing of the forefathers its has the same stats as the herihor amulet.

So I think me and my BF may have stumbled into an answer for this elite: He and I randomly ran into 3 elite enemies on the road just north of "Heka's Cauldron" we tried to fight it - but since there were only 2 of us we got rolled hard. When we respawned & ran back the mob was gone and we haven't seen it since. The only elite that we were able to catch the name of was an "Elite Horus Automaton" If you look for this enemy on the database he also doesn't have a spawn location. This leads me to think that it's one of the 3 that we fought, and Herihor may be one of the others. So I think we might be seeing another Rafflebones situation where the mob will randomly spawn somewhere in Brimstone Sands.

As im sure everyone has being doing elite runs to find Herihor , still can't find a possible spawn location for Herihor , Maybe next big patch they Put Herihor in ? ,
