We're only gonna cover the puzzle part of Accursed Apophis quest, as all the others steps are pretty straightforward.
How to Solve the Puzzle
You must rotate the Glyphs into the following order, from left to right: XX X
The double X is technically two arrow heads, one pointing upwards, one points downwards, but... does anyone really care?
Use the Actuator
Use the Actuator behind you then jump down onto the glowing platform.
