The Prison of Fear

I have heard it said that all our island, Aeternum is a prison. That none would make a life here, given the choice to leave. But here life goes on, whether you choose to live it or not. Even those who give in to despair and think to end their own suffering find no escape from these shores. And so, here more than ever, it is important to choose to live. True humility means knowing the limits of your capabilities, and choosing to do good within your own boundaries. There is still life to be made, and if you embrace your destiny you may even make it worth living for yourself and others. It is a long march to eternity, and it is important that meet it head on and do your duty. The alternative is a most terrible fate, locked for all time in a circle of endless suffering, visiting suffering upon others.
