A Letter from Guard Captain Dupont to Commander Merrill of the Iron Rose
By order of the Speaker of the Winds, I'm writing to inform the Iron Rose Company that the city guard will be escorting the tribute to Medea. So this one is locked behind the instance fight and cant be accessed after the fact (i.e. if the fight has already been done) which is unfortunate. It does seem that they were good about making doubles of the ones that were locked away due to quest so I'm surprised to not see two red dots on the map.
