@BrookCee the shield perks (attributes, gems, perks) only work if the shield is out. When you gather a chest, the shield gets sheathed, meaning you lose all its bonuses during gathering. This makes luck on shield not work for chests - definitely an oversight that hopefully gets fixed soon.

@Ben Did you use shield / sword for extra luck when farming?

Got one today after about 6 runs. I only ran stockpiles at Karburg, Fenton Hamlet, and Navarro's Kitchen. I received it from the stockpile in Fenton Church.

pretty sure this item is bugged - i.e does NOT exist in the world.. period.. can not be found/obtained.. if i'm wrong, PLEASE tell me where to get it
