Can confirm I got these eyes as part of the 3 week ramp on trial between PC/XBox/PlayStation when the game first became available to console players. Green was also given to Xbox for this same trial, (have friends with the green eyes who confirmed it was from the same thing), not sure if the white were for PC from this same period.
There are also purple glowing eyes that were a twitch exclusive (cannot be obtained anymore).
