I just did this today. You no longer receive a schematic, the recipe will show up in the workshop after you have visited the shrine and read the page.

Yup, as mentioned in the 1.8.0 update notes. "A schematic is no longer required to craft the Mother's Love statuette."

I never got this schematic.... How can I get it if I already got the lore page?

If you listen closely to the crafted statue you can hear some laughs or other weird sounds coming from it.Got really scared first time I heard it.

Thanks for the comments! NWDB didn't have a system to track locations for items that are awarded when you read a Lore Page; it does now, and will show a map (granted, it's only this item that does this).
Whenever you see an item on the site that shows the red "Not Obtainable" warning and you know for sure it is obtainable, feel free to report it as a bug using the Feedback button in the bottom right side, or ping me on Discord, and I'll have it taken care of.

Laura's Shrine is in Edengrove, at the top of the falls that go under the Mourning Bridge.
Wish I'd seen the screenshot below before I found it myself...

Found the memorial, read the page, did not get a notification of a new Schematic. Went to town workshop no recipe to be found. EDIT - the recipe was in my inv!

u can get this schematic at the border in edengrove to mourningdale (near the mourning bridge) by collecting a lore page called (FOR LAURA) i read on the forums they added this shrine out of respect for a game dev whose wife passed.

Can be obtained on the border in edengrove to mourningdale (Left of the bridge bridge) you get it by reading a page.
PS : This item is probably the saddest Item from new world, everyone should get it, even out of respect for it's story.
it was created after the wife of a dev passed away while he working on new world.
