It is not possible at this time to craft. It appears they forgot to disable the block with the latest update, it has been reported on the forums and they are looking into it.

near bis crafted gs is conveniently bugged and uncraftable at launch, just like how dungeon chests was conveniently bugged for months after launch to not give personal watermark appropriate gear. lol
