Corrupted Axe Head

these mobs:

- Myrkgard Martyr-Maker

- Myrkgard Saintslayer

- Myrkgard Godkiller

Saintslayers and Martyr-makers drop these for me, they have a greataxe with Thorpe's helm and like 5-7m respawn, soloable.

So seems this doesn't exist in the game. So unable to complete gaxe quest for reformation as of 11/14/21
