It seems he will respawn if you are in his area (restricted landmark). If you stay out, he may not respawn. You can stay on tree roots near him or on azoth water spot right near him. If you stay in water, archers going wild.

respawn time: 4.5-6 Min
1st Drop -> 545 GS epic glove
2nd Drop -> Named Ring but sadly 578 GS (my ring expertise is 611)
3rd Drop -> Infused Health and Mana Potiıons
4th Drop -> 588 GS Rare Glove
5th Drop -> No drops
From here I got company, 2 of us keep farming
6th Drop -> 546 GS Uncommon Chestwear + 591 GS Skinner Hat + Craft Mod
7th Drop -> 567 GS Rare Blunderbuss + Ancient Bane & Harvesting Efficiency Craft Mods

It's a level 63 mob, so it CAN drop 590+ but isn't guaranteed that it will. 590 used to be the top end of level 63 drops, but it can now go up to 600. Range is still going to be something like 530-600 though

had 2 people from my gild drop it below 540gs, both have 625gs. still seems questionable

Yes. Can confirm it drops 590+. Respawn is ~6 minutes, can easily Solo, can get Blighted, and can Fish in Very shallow water.

Anyone managed to get the ring from this guy? Several hours in and nothing here, does drop the Wildwood Spear and Force of Nature though.
