One with the Shield

Grants a bonus based on what shield type is equipped: • Round Shield - Hitting a target will increase the duration of all debuffs on them by 5%. • Kite Shield - When you block with a shield, all sword and shield cooldowns are reduced by 1%. • Tower Shield - Being hit or blocking a hit will extend the duration of all buffs on self by 5%.
