When blocking a hit, gain a 3s tracking status effect, every blocked hit extends the duration of the status effect by 3s to a max of 9s, and while the effect is active, gain variable damage absorption based on current health percent and equip load:
• Heavy - 5% absorption at full health increasing to a max of 20% mitigation as health decreases
• Medium - 3% absorption at full health increasing to a max of 13% mitigation as health decreases
• Light - 1% absorption at full health increasing to a max of 7% mitigation as health decreases
